The Aqua Program is a ten-week group program teaching a combination of cognitive-behavioural therapy techniques and mindfulness meditation skills. Combining these approaches gives you greater psychological flexibility, which in turn provides:

The Aqua Program is aimed at individuals from all walks of life. You may lead a busy professional life and want to know how to boost your performance at work. You may want to improve how you relate to those around you in your personal or professional life. You may want to manage your moods so that they don’t push you around so much. You may want to break out of self-defeating negative thinking patterns. Or you may want all of the above and more. Then the Aqua Program is for you.
Classes run for two hours once a week. Group size is limited to 10 people to enable discussion and questions. Morning or evening classes are available to better suit your timetable.
